    Sorry that I can't help with the NCer's hangout around SA, but I sure hope you have tried the ''County Line'' restaurant for BBQ! Can't say too much for their pork, but they had great brisket and ribs (for a restaurant - still can't compete with good competition Q!). Good luck!

    Who are they using for judges??? Have they gotten ''celebrity'' judges or are they truly serious and have CBJs (Certified Barbecue Judges)? Hopefully the latter. If they are still looking for CBJs, my wife and I are free that weekend (she is CBJ with KCBS (Kansas City Barbeque Society) and MBN (Memphis Barbecue Network), and I am CBJ with KCBS, ...

    WOW,&nbsp; looks like a REALLY GOOD class!&nbsp; LOTS less than most of the KCBS style cooking classes that I've seen. Too bad, I've already paid my money to take a NCBS cooking/CBJ class in July.
