The funny thing is the only pic I actually have is on my cell phone for my Face Book page...I like to make people hungry around the world...

When U go to take an awsome picture of a pig laid out for a pig pickin'a, and come to find out that you forgot to replace the memory card in the camera???? AAAHHHHHH, we had this happen this past Fri nite for a rehearsal dinner we catered.....but it sure was a great tasting pig!!!!

Donald, you need to post up some pics here....makin' me hungry readin about all that pork...

Donald, it tasted almost as good as it looked...It wasn't as firm a texture as we wanted, and the top glaze needs some tweeking...But there's always next time!!!!

I'm gonna try to post some pics of an appetizer that I tried a while back...I call it the Defibulator...it has pork sausage, Italian sausage, bacon, cream cheese, seasonings, blueberry pepper jelly and cooked on my WSM..

Saw it last night and it was pretty good....good humor and great looking ribs. Even saw some stuff I haven't seen before like the fast cooking ribs. Bobby even was smoking his ribs on a BQ Grill from BQ Grills in Elm City. Almost like the one I have for my catering rig....Thanks for the info...
