Nothing special around here except in the back yard. Doing a whole hog new years eve, just alittle practice b/4 the Newport contest.

Welcome BAWS HAWG! The Newport event is always alot of fun...been there the past 6-7 years (not competing ...stopped that when we had the kids, but getting the itch again!). If you can share, what's the team name? I'll be sure to stop by.

And Another_Q_Lover is right. It's been slow here, but ready to pick it back up now that I hopfefully will have some more free time this winter.

Please feel free to 'make yourself at home'...the grill is always on :)

Raleigh address but closer to Apex and Holly Springs. Just off 1010....new to this website but looks awesome. Just posted my first question! Family roots are in Hyde County so I love the eastern NC style!

Over Here in Charlotte, just north of the city. University City Area, Mallard Creek to be more exact. Love to smoke meats and whip up sauces to go with them. Glad to see so many Carolina folk involved in smoking.
