Hello everyone. I am looking for someone who might be able to help me find a close recipe for NC BBQ specificly from Bob Meltons BBQ ( vineger based ) my Grandpa grew up in Rocky Mount. He took me there a couple of times to both the original location and the new ( i know it's now closed ) and I fell in love with the BBQ and their hushpuppies. Grwing up in southeran California and viviting my grandpa it was a treat to go to Bob Meltons. So if any one knows a close if not exact recipe I would greatly appreciate it. oh and hushpuppies too like the ones at Bob Meltons.
