Excellent idea. I get my competition information from the NC Pork Council (they are very helpful and willing to share). Do you have a contact/web address for the KCBS competitions?
And we can update this site every day (hourly).
I do have an 'admin' area for approving the competitions that are submitted from visitors to appear on the ...

Yep, good info is a definitely a key! Next time you all cook a pig, tell otheres what you did, how it turned out, what you will do different/same, etc. Or remember about the last one you did and post the results.
