I am searching for a Pitmaster/Caterer for my I DO BBQ Reception on 7.17.2027 in Greensboro, NC. I would like a buffet style dinner set up with: a whole hog cooked on the grill and chicken for those that do not eat pork, various sides such as macaroni and cheese, smothered green beans, potato salad, pasta salad, grilled vegetables, a salad and fruit bar. I would like to serve tea, water, and lemonade and have a variety of salad dressings, BBQ sauces, and bread. I am looking at a guest list of 70-75 people.
