    Cinder Block or Brick Pit


    Description: A traditional method where a pit is built using cinder blocks or bricks and is lined with coals or wood.
    Features:
    DIY Setup: Often constructed on-site using available materials.
    Open Fire: Uses a pit for direct or indirect heat cooking.
    Temperature Control: Less precise but effective with practice.
