Pretty good Q, especially if you like hard bits of skin chopped into the meat. Gives LOTS of flavor, but there were too many hard bits for my preference.
Here is my review from my book:
Perfect flavor! However, they took perfect Q (flavor, moistness & tenderness) and added extra fat, soft gristle, and skin to lower the rating from 5 to 4 (on my 1=terrible to 5=wonderful scale). The flavor is still the best with a smoky hint, but the consistency isn't. I like a little skin chopped fine, but this was rediculous. Slaw was wonderful. Cornbread wasn't - 3"x5"x1/2" thick and extremely dense. Cost is the best in the state - medium tray for only $3.75 (tax included!).
