I opened the door and met Ray rubbin' brisket for the next day. Q was a bit dry but fairly tender and a little greasy. LOTS of bark chopped in with LOTS of rub and smoke flavor. Good stuff! Sandwich was a bit small, but good! Cole-slaw was chopped pretty good (could have been a bit finer) with LOTS of thick and excellent creamy dressing!!! $3.64 including tax.
I gave this barbecue a 3.5 on my 1.0 (bad) to 5.0 (best) rating scale.
