We’re busy scouring the state finding the most influential experts on North Carolina BBQ to share their expertise with you!
In our first article that will be posted soon, you will hear from renowned BBQ expert, Jim Early. In his latest book, The Best Tar Heel Barbecue Manteo to Murphy, Jim crossed the state visiting 140 restaurants where many of them shared their cooking techniques and family histories. This is a ‘must read’ book for anyone who loves NC BBQ and we are excited and honored to have him share his experiences with you.
While we have your attention, we want to hear from you!
It is our goal to make this the official site for North Carolina BBQ. If it’s about NC BBQ, you will find it here! We are lining up many experts in the field to help share their experiences and the tricks of the trade that will make you the hit at your next block party. And if you haven’t written a book yet, please feel free to submit your own article to share your experiences with others.
As you can tell, we have many exciting plans for NCBBQ.COM and would like your active participation to help build this site. Tell your friends…tell your neighbors…tell your mother-in-law (OK, maybe not). But we are serious about this and look forward to the information that others will gain.
