The Washington Noon Rotary invites you to the 27th Annual Smoke on the Water BBQ and Chili Festival, happening October 17–18, 2025, along the scenic Pamlico River in downtown Washington, NC. Come enjoy award-winning barbecue, homemade chili, live music, a car show, kids’ amusements, a chalk festival, and more! This beloved waterfront tradition brings thousands of visitors together for two full days of food, fun, and fellowship — all while supporting local nonprofits.
